• Logos & Pictures - You can import your logo and pictures to be placed on your web site. This web site imported the logo above. To view pictures that have been imported, visit our sample company, American Phone Systems.



• Customer Statements - You can automatically send statements to your customers on a monthly basis via e-mail.



• Past Due Notices - You can automatically send Past Due Notices to your slow paying customers via e-mail.



• Research Accounts - This web site enables your clients to view their current balance, past invoices, past payments, etc. Just click on Research Your Account (on the left), enter GUEST as the password and you can view a sample company.



• Control Panel - As the Web Site Administrator, you have many choices in regard to the performance and look of your web site. In this sample company, you can not make changes to the web site but you can view the options you will have with your own web site. Click on Control Panel to view your options as the Administrator.



• Link To Other Web Sites - You can link to another web site directly from your web site. To see an example, click on IRS Tax Forms. This will bring you directly to the IRS Tax Forms web site.
